Budget Referendum

The Annual Budget Referendum will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2024, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for a "YES" or "NO" vote on the total budget, by paper ballot, at the Salem Town Office Building, 270 Hartford Road.  A sample ballot is provided below.

The proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2024/2025 is as follows:

General Government                   $   5,217,662.00
Board of Education                     $ 11,677,833.00
Capital Expenditures                   $       995,788.00
                                                        $ 17,891,283.00
